Ordering prints
Through this web site you can place orders for prints of your favourite photos. Simply add them to your shopping cart and, when you are ready, checkout and pay for your images using a credit card. The process is secure and private and your credit card is processed using an authorised credit card processing facility (it is not transmitted to Keen i Media Ltd at any time).
When you have found a photo you like, click on the [select a package] drop-down menu near the top left of the page. From there, choose the size and type of print you would like. Then enter the quantity of
that photo and size that you would like. Then click the
Add To Cart button. If you want to order different sizes of the same photo, simply choose the size and quantity and click the
Add To Cart button for each different size.
We also offer packages of prints that you can use for a photo; this easily gives you a combination of print sizes that you can use to share with family and friends.
Payment options
Note that you may order and pay for orders online using your credit card. This is the fastest and easiest way to get your prints! We strongly recommend that you use this method when ordering if at all possible. You will also note that there is a "Personal Check" option at checkout.
Do not use this option unless you have a U.S.-dollar checking account. Also note that using the check option
requires that you
mail your check to a U.S. address and you must wait for this to be received and processed before your order can be released. If you would like to pay by cash or
local (B$) check rather than use a credit card, we suggest you do the following:
- Select all the photos and print sizes and add them to your cart, as normal
- Choose "Secure Checkout" when you have finished compiling your order
- Complete the registration process or log in if you have used PhotoRelect.com before, or click "Continue" to continue without logging in
- Complete your billing, shipping and contact information
- Choose your shipping method; if you live in Grand Bahama, we recommend using the "Pickup" option ... it's FREE! (Choose the "About Us" link at the top of this page for directions to our studios.)
- You are now presented with a "Cart Review" page. If you
do not have a credit card or do not wish to pay by credit card, at this point
select or highlight (drag and select with your mouse) the entire "Cart Review" section on the page and then
copy (CTRL-C on a PC or COMMAND-C on a Mac) that section. Then, open a new e-mail in your e-mail software,
paste that text (using CTRL-V on a PC or COMMAND-V on a Mac) into the e-mail. E-mail that to us at
prints@keenimedia.com and we will prepare your print order. You can then pay for your order at our Queen's Highway location. (it may sound complcated, but it's easier and
faster than waiting for a U.S.-dollar check to clear!)
Ordering digital files
You will notice that you may also order digital files of photos. These are available in four different sizes (low, medium, high and full resolution) which are suitable for different uses, such as e-mailing to friends and family, posting on your favourite social web site (like My Space or Facebook), or printing at home. It is
important to note that these digital files are for
personal use only and, by purchasing these files you
do not hold any rights for publishing, selling or otherwise distributing these photos for any other purpose other than personal enjoyment. Keen i Media Ltd retains all copyright to the images. All digital files contain a copyright notice and this notice must
never be altered or removed in any way. Doing so violates international copyright law, which
does apply in the Bahamas.
