To check the status of an order online, please:

and click "Check the Status of your Order" from the list on the
right

If you have your e-mail address and password at
hand, please enter this information and click Login

If you do not have your password but would like
to retrieve it, please click "forgot your password?" to have a
reply sent to you via e-mail. If you receive a message stating that your
email is invalid, double-check that you have entered the entire address.
For example, it should be something similar to JaneDoe@yahoo.com.

If you do not have your order confirmation number,
you should reference your e-mail, as PhotoReflect.com sends you an e-mail
confirmation receipt when you order online. Your order number is seven digits
long and begins with a two.
