Setting Up Shipping

You can create shipping groups for any self-fulfilled or Labtricity network products you sell.



All gift, greeting and PhotoReflect lab prints automatically calculate their own shipping. However, if you offer any self-fulfilled or Labtricity network products you will need to create a shipping group for your event. You can also update the default shipping message which all customer receive at check out and in their order email.

  1. Login to your account at www.photoreflect.com.
  2. Select the Products tab and locate the Edit Shipping option.
  3. Use this page to create, modify, and delete shipping services. You can specify individual countries that you ship to or use 'International Default' to specify rates for all other countries not specified.
  4. At the bottom of the page you can edit the default shipping policy (optional)
  5. Once changes are saved, you will be able to select the new shipping group when creating your event within the PhotoReflect software.

Please note that if you offer a combination of PhotoReflect fulfilled products along with any self-fulfilled or Labtricity items the shipping costs are added together.
