Import Images From Folder

PhotoReflect allows you to quickly load photos and sub-events by auto-importing from a specified folder.

If you have sorted your images in individual folders, you can bring them into the software quickly for publishing using the Import from Folder feature.

To make use of this feature, you should have one parent folder, with sub-folders that represent your sub-events. The sub-folders will import as sub-events to the event you have created in the software.

  1. Create your event in your PhotoReflect Software.
  2. Instead of adding photos using the 'Add Photos' option, select the event name in the event list, right click and from the drop down menu, choose Import from folder.
  3. From the pop-up window, use the browse function to locate the folder which will be receiving images.
  4. Check the Auto-Import and Auto-Publish options and select Import Now.
  5. After the images are imported, they will publish to your store. Additional image files received in this folder will also import and publish automatically.

Please note, this feature only imports from the designated folder when the software is open and can only complete publishing if you are connected to the internet.
