Importing Events from PhotoReflect.com

In cases where you are using PhotoReflect on a new computer and you would like to access the events that were previously published, use the Import Events from PhotoReflect.com feature available in the Event Options menu.



To download events from your storefront follow these steps:

  1. Login to your PhotoReflect software and locate the Event Options menu in the top left corner. (Look for the little book icon)
  2. Select Batch Import, then Events from PhotoReflect.com.
  3. The pop up window will instruct you to choose a date. If you would like all events online imported to your software, do not check the date option. Now, click Import Now.
  4. Once the import progress is complete you will see the newly imported events.

Note, your newly imported events will not contain the image previews. Instead you will see place holders that say File Not Found. This will not impact the event online or your customer's ability to order.
