Scheduled Publishing

Scheduled Publishing makes it easy for you to set it and forget it, using the automated feature allows you to choose specific days and times to publish.

Once your publishing schedule is configured, you will then 'turn on' the scheudle on an event by event basis.

  1. Open the PhotoReflect softare and locate the Event Options menu in the top left corner. (Look for the little book icon)
  2. Select Scheduled Publishing.
  3. Use the configuration window to design your publishing schedule. Once complete, click OK.
  4. To enable this option for a new event, create the event and on the Event Details page (the first page presented when creating a new event) check mark the box next to Scheduled Publishing on this page. This event will now be published at the time(s) you designated.
  5. To enable this for existing events, select the event and open the Event Details by double-clicking the event name or right-clicking your mouse and selecting the Event Info option. This event will now re-publish at the time(s) you designated.

As long as the software is open and you are connected to the internet, an event with scheduled publishing applied will be upload at the appointed times.
