Deena has turned her love of photography and sports into a career! Her company covers many sporting events throughout the season including the Iowa Stars hockey team, the Des Moines Buccaneers, the Iowa Hawkeyes and many youth baseball, softball, and hockey tournaments. She personally covers the Johnston High School Dragons.
Her love of photography has also earned her many national and state awards and she has been named a top ten photographer in the state of Iowa the past two years (2006 & 2007). Her image of "The Catch" earned her recognition in her field as well as awards from the Professional Photographers of America and Iowa.
