setting up photo gifts and greeting cards

Important:
Photo gifts and greeting cards are only enabled when you publish events using DARKROOM 8.91.1678 or newer. Please click here to download the latest edition and/or learn more.

step-by-step directions
Log-in from the link in the top left corner of this web page -- to get to your online dashboard (at this link, you can also tell us you lost your password)
In your online dashboard, click the "Products" tab -- near the top
to set up Greeting Cards, click that product from the Products tab
  If you have Core or Pro edition of DARKROOM and the ability to print 4x8 items yourself, you are welcome to click "print cards locally" (all order notifications will come with the appropriate template)
  If this does not apply to you, you are on Web edition, you do not have the printing capabilities or you do not want to fulfill greeting cards yourself, please click "Print at PhotoReflect"
  Set your price and click "Save"
  When you get an email order notification, fulfill the order as you would normally do (by right-clicking the order in the software and selecting "print order")
to set up Photo Gifts, click that product from the Products tab
  Check the box "agree to sell Gift Products"
  Set your price and click "Save"
  When you get an email order notification, simply fulfill the order as you would normally allow a lab (by right-clicking the order in the software and selecting "print order")

Please note: for the current time being, photo gifts can only be offered in North America and Greeting Cards can only be offered outside of North America via local fulfillment
 
New users and those operating outside of
North America

If you are a PhotoReflect user that has an account that has only been active since September 1, 2009, your interface differs. You are able to follow the directions above to set your pricing for photo gifts and greeting cards but you will not be able to de-active their presence on your storefront.

If you are a PhotoReflect user that is outside North America, please note you will not be able to offer photo gifts using the interactive features currently detailed. We are working to change this, with your patience and support. You are able to offer photo greeting cards only if you are able to fulfill the cards locally (and by opting in to do so).
