NEW POLICY-EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: regarding album layouts posted online for your review, Please review your album pages carefully. You may make as many changes as you'd like to your layout ONE time. Please email me any changes that you'd like to request for the layout. Once we have made the changes and posted a second draft for your review, you cannot make additional changes (unless there was an error on our part or we did not follow your instructions). New or additional changes made after the second draft is posted, will be charged $20 per page. We do not use templates in designing these albums and every page and subsequent changes are extremely time consuming. We offer this custom design service to you at no charge. And will accept your suggestions and change requests on the first draft only.
