PhotoReflect has partnered with DARKROOM software (a Windows-based solution) to develop a free Web edition built to manage your photography storefront as well as help you archive your projects, manage your templates and more. When you sign up for PhotoReflect all you need to do is download and set up the software to your preferences like lab choices, pricing, products and even email marketing.

Granted, you will have to learn the ins and outs of the software (the Tips, Tricks & Tutorials page will train you on how to set up the software to your preferences), but when we say free, we really mean it. The fees associated with PhotoReflect are a part of your pricing which means, when your customers purchase anything online, their purchases of your photography cover the cost of hosting, security, credit card authorizations and the software on your behalf.

This also means: If we can’t help you sell online, we get nothing. Zip. Nada. Zilch.

The software manages and archives your photography and sends your orders to your lab partners when you are notified that someone has made an online purchase and you click “print order”. This gives you a chance to make revisions to the images, if you so choose, before the items are sent to a lab (or your local printer with plan upgrade).

There are no hosting fees because what is presented online are low resolution representations for your clients to choose from. Publish as many events as you like and keep them live as long as you like.
