Belinda Reedy began her photography career in 1986 in Jacksonville Florida. As a traveling music photographer, she photographed artists such as David Bowie, Peter Frampton, and Tom Petty. From 1988 to 1994, she worked with Gump's Sports Photography. While working for a subsidiary of the Eastman Kodak Company, and serving interships with various other professional photographers, Belinda discovered her own unigue style. She opened her own business, Photography by Belinda in 1990. During the past 22 years, she has captured beautiful memories for over 700 brides, as well as contributing to local and national publications. She also has become well known for her sports photography. She was also a contributing writer and photographer for Wedding and Reception Services Magazine from 1997 to 2002. In the early 90's, David Reedy, a native of Mississippi, brought his style and expertise to her business. Together they created Jacksonville's premier wedding and portrait photography business. Upon their marriage, they agreed to change the name of the company to Reedy Photographics, and now they have returned to the Mississippi area. In 2003, Belinda returned to sports photography. By incorporating her knowledge of portrait photography, and David's computer skills, they have created a unique look in youth sports photos. They currently serve 7000 familes in Mississippi.
