One of the customizations that PhotoReflect offers are custom watermarks. Unlike logos, which you can instantly upload to your site, custom watermarks require additional processing to guarantee that they are secure and up to our professional standards.
You can submit your watermark, by emailing email@example.com. All we need is the graphic you want to use and your account information. Processing can take up to 48-72 hours and after that time it will replace the current watermark on your site. And don’t worry, you do not need to republish any events on your site, because our watermarks are dynamically applied.
If you are not seeing the default ‘Proof’ or custom watermark on your published images it may be that you did not select that option before you published your event. To apply a watermark, to an event you will need to go into your PhotoReflect Software, double click on your event in the Events tab, and click Next until you get to the Event – Security & Expiration page. Select the radial button at the bottom, that says, ‘Watermark Online Photos’ and then select Finish. You will now need to republish your event. Once your event has been republished, your photos will have a watermark applied on your storefront.
